With the use of innovative technology and superior materials, we can produce high quality all-ceramic restorations in the form of crowns and bridges. The crowns and bridges with Zirconia frames have excellent aesthetics and translucency with outstanding marginal fit.
The mechanical properties are outstanding with a fracture toughness and strength of 1100 to 1300 MPa and are highly biocompatible. The porcelain applied to the framework is our regular Creation porcelain, however made precisely for zirconium frameworks. The Creation ZI has a better bonding strength to the framework due to
high firing temperature and has a high flexural strength. The aesthetics of the porcelain are escalated due to the brilliant colour effect from a non-porous microstructure. The crowns, when finished, can be cemented like regular PFMs with the cement or your choice. We have also found they work well on implants.
